This is a remote, part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling for someone skilled at data analysis, conducting organizational research, crunching numbers, and preparing visuals that tell a story. In addition to classification/compensation analytical skills, the ideal candidate will also have solid experience utilizing analytical software, database software and/or Excel in order to build tools that aid in data analysis. Skill in conducting pay equity analysis is a definite plus.
